Bankside Yards
We created a suite of storytelling tools, CGIs and interactive content to support the bid, centred around a professionally designed presentation consolidator that brought everything together under a cohesive, branded format for BB’s live sessions.
Alongside this, we developed a 15-minute bid animation with a fit-out focus. Combining a 4D overview, logistics visuals, motion-graphic diagrams and an interactive 4D prototype, it clarified sequencing and delivery strategy while working seamlessly in live presentations.

The Ritz Hotel Mace

We developed a six-minute bid animation for Mace’s tender submission for the redevelopment of this historic hotel, unifying key messages and technical detail within a single, structured narrative. The film featured construction methodology sequences, logistics visuals and motion-graphic diagrams, delivered with a natural human voiceover. The look and feel were matched to the wider submission for a seamless and considered finish.

The Stephen A. Schwarzman Centre will be a new world-class home for the Arts and Humanities at Oxford University.
For Sir Robert McAlpine’s construction bid, we developed an animation that combined a 4D overview, logistics visuals, detailed cut-scene sequences and a short hero fly-through. Supporting logistics stills were also produced for inclusion within the submission documents.

We supported Equans in their construction bid for Global Switch’s new 35MW data centre.
We worked closely with the technical team to strike the right balance between detailed explanation and clear, graphic storytelling. The film focused on site logistics, substructure works, vehicle routing and a graphic representation of the fit-out strategy.
Throughout, we shaped the narrative to keep it concise, purposeful and focused on the most important messages for decision-makers.

For this large residential-led redevelopment at Beaver Road in Ashford, we translated complex logistics and sequencing into a clear and accessible overview.
The animation concluded with hero fly-through shots of the finished residential interiors, reinforcing Willmott Dixon’s understanding of the scheme and commitment to quality, while adding a strong visual impact to the submission.

We supported Mace in presenting their technical review of the £600m redevelopment of London’s Olympia Exhibition Centre. Collaborating on story and script, we distilled complex material into a clear, engaging narrative. The final animation brought together mini 4D sequences and motion-graphic diagrams within a bespoke visual language, creating a cohesive and professional piece.

We supported Skanska in their winning bid for a £220 million, 10-year facilities management contract with Kent County Council.
We developed the script, storyboard and a bespoke animation style, shaping a narrative that showcased their tried-and-tested processes and the strength of their systems.
Alongside the operational detail, we brought out the human side — reinforcing their pride in the county and the essential role they play in caring for it every day.

Business microsite
We collaborated with Mace’s data centre bid team to script, storyboard and deliver this two-minute animation. Using a bold visual style, strong brand colours and a warm voiceover, the film captures their distinctive approach and expertise. It serves as the lead piece for the Mace International Technology microsite, which we also created.

8 annotated logistics stills
While our annotated logistics diagrams brought clarity to the technical side of Willmott Dixon’s bid, they also wanted something that captured the vision and ambition behind the scheme.
Working with the early-stage design concept developed for the school, we created a short fly-through to bring that vision to life. The film was designed to inspire and excite — giving a glimpse of what the finished school could become and adding an emotional lift to the submission.

We helped Mace shape a focused, audience-led bid film that showcased their experience, demonstrated alignment with EDGE’s values, and placed sustainability — including innovative alternative build methods — at the centre of the story.

The film provided a clear 4D overview of the proposed build sequence, supported by logistics route planning, on-site utility connections and diagrammatic explainers outlining day and night working strategies. A detailed breakdown of the apparatus bay installation helped demonstrate technical understanding of the most critical elements of the scheme.
Styled entirely in Fontaine’s branding, the animation combined clarity and technical depth to support a confident submission.

We created two complementary animations for Bouygues’ successful bid for this University of Glasgow campus scheme. One addressed the technical construction and logistics approach, while the other — a character-led fly-through — was designed to inspire and stand out. The characters and animation style were developed exclusively for the project, giving the submission a distinctive voice.

We developed 6.5 minutes of animation across six focused films, each aligned to Mace’s key bid themes and designed for seamless integration within their bid microsites. The series covered team and track record, design and procurement, logistics and community, collaboration and quality — connecting build sequencing and logistics in a clear, message-led way.
Combining branded motion graphics, existing footage, bespoke CG renders and animated diagrams, the package also included three supporting logistics stills for the submission.
