We worked with Balfour Beatty to make a suite of presentation tools, animations and interactive content for their Bankside Yards West bid.
The brief was complex: three towers on a sensitive Southwark site, neighbouring Network Rail, the Thames Path, the Tate Modern and Neo Bankside. A pitch that needed to demonstrate both ambition and control. We built a bespoke presentation app to consolidate the whole bid into one branded environment, then produced the assets to fill it: a 15-minute fully narrated 4D logistics and construction animation, a dedicated apartment fit-out animation, and a 4D real-time app that let the bid team spin the model, pause mid-sequence, and dive into hotspots — all live, in the room, without leaving the presentation.
A complex methodology, made navigable. A bid team equipped to present a complicated build with the same control they'd bring to delivering it.
