Long term client Balfour Beatty have been awarded the £87m contract to build a major commercial and retail scheme that forms part of the £320m St James’s Market development in central London.
We collaborated with BB to produce two animations to support their bid. The first, a bold bid introduction showcasing their key messages, and the second, a 4D construction animation demonstrating their proposed build methodology.
