AVRs for 101 George Street, Croydon Help Achieve Planning

The derelict site at 101 George Street - formerly home to office block ‘Essex House’ - has been familiar to us for a number of years. Back in 2011 we were commissioned by Terrace Hill to visualise plans for their 258,000 sq ft, 17-storey office scheme - ‘Chroma’.

In April of 2014 developer Fairfield Ltd took up an option on the site and in June Rolfe Judd submitted plans on their behalf for the transformation of  the site into a 305-flat skyscraper...

Dorsett Win EC3 Approval

Interdisciplinary consultants McBains Cooper have won approval for Dorsett's latest hotel project in London.

At the City of London planning committee meeting today, the plans for a 256-bed hotel that replaces the 60's office block adjacent to Aldgate tube station were conditionally approved, paving the way for delivery of the new building in 2015.

V&A Revamp Commission

We're utterly delighted to have been selected by the Victoria & Albert Museum and Nicholas Jacob Architects to assist in the development of plans for refurbishment of the V&A's North Quarter galleries.

Nicholas Jacob Architects were commissioned to provide coherent study of the condition of the building and its structure within the North East Quarter, with particular attention being given to any retained historic fabric within the North and South Courts.
